Looking for Wal Mart Adventure team set and Action Man Xmissions figures

I'm looking for the walmart adventure team set of figures from several years ago, and any Action Man (90's- X-Missions figures).

I'm also looking for the club's adventure team con sets (as I don't have any of them yet).

Ouch- good luck the Dr. Venom-Commander set will set you back a good amount. Dr. Venom sells by himself between $175-$200 carded, and the Commander around $100 and that is without the man eating plant which is around $30.

I lucked out a few weeks back...someone listed the DR. Venom set with Commander- complete on E-bay...Buy it Now for $170.00...or best offer...they accepted my $165.00 BID! Was nervous that until it arrived...what a great set- and so lucky!

Yes you were. I bought my set 3 years ago for $75 and Dr. Venom was going for about $200 even back then. The commander was around $60 by himself.

I'm about to give up on the small adventure team, I think I'm going to stick with the 12 inch figures, so if anyone here has any of the club exclusives 12 inch membership figures, or clothing sets, or con sets hit me up!!!

If you're on the east coast, there's two big conventions coming up fairly soon that are usually good for toy hunting.

Baltimore Comic Con is September 25-27 at the Baltimore Convention Center http://baltimorecomiccon.com/

and New York Comic Con is October 8-11 at the Javits Center. http://www.newyorkcomiccon.com/

I know I've seen those figures at both conventions previous years. If you're not a fan of huge crowds, Baltimore is the better convention to go to. And even if you can't find the specific figures, making friends with a toy dealer is never a bad idea.
