Exclamation 2014 CODENAME: G.I. JOE - Joseph Colton 3 3/4" action figure preview!

"I always thought he was... BIGGER!" That famous line quoted from Joseph Colton's first appearance in G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero Issue #86.

The 3 3/4-Inch Joseph Colton action figure is a special edition included with our two 12-inch action figures in the box set... CODENAME: G.I. JOE.

Also, we will have a 2014 convention exclusive souvenir of him carded to celebrate G.I. Joe's 50th Anniversary.

Ahhhhhhh! GOOD GOD! I CAN'T GO I'M SO FLOGGIN' BUMMED! THE ONLY WAY I'LL GET THIS IS THROUGH EBAY, AT $100 DOLLARS OR WORSE IN MANY CASES.

Guess I'll have to make a little something myself...

LOVE that this figure went with the Marvel Issue #86 homage. That issue was also the 25th anniversary celebration of Joe back in the 80s, so it seems appropriate to revisit that 25 years later.

I like the figure and I also like the homage to the comics. I remember reading that issue back in the day and also when they revisit Colton and the Chrysler building later (somewhere in the 120's I think). Even though I like it, I don't know if I'll spend a lot of money on it, as I think my ARAH collection will be okay without him and it will surely be expensive.
What I really want to know is how are 12" collectors feeling about this? Are many 12" collectors fans of the Marvel comic? Since this is in the 12" set I would have thought he would have been wearing an old school military uniform.

That is a great looking figure and a must-have for me. I hate to think what he's gonna cost me...

This thread suggested making Gen. Joe Colton a seperate purcase figure:
    Joe Colton/AT Commander.
I made this poll for the vote:
Vote to make 3 3/4 inch Joe Colton a seperate purchase as well.

Is it a possibility for a 3.75" G.I. Jane action figure in the future?
