The G.I. JOE
COLLECTORS' CLUB sent five more questions to the HASBRO
team for the bi-monthly Q&A series. In this section, you will find
the list of submission questions, along with the answers as provided by
the company:
GIJCC Question 1:Who are the 8-inch figures listed as Wrecking Ball and Zanzabar? Hasbro Answers: They were two figure
concepts for a construction worker and pirate in the 8'' line. With the
success of the 25th anniversary we put them on hold to focus on the 3
3/4'' line.
GIJCC Question 2:What company has the rights to release the G.I. Joe: Sigma 6 series
(Season 1 & 2) on DVD? Hasbro Answers: Hasbro owns the
rights and has put many of the shows on our GIJoe.Com
website.
GIJCC Question 3:What are the 25th Anniversary figures that will have deco or color
variations this year? Hasbro Answers: Wave 1 Snake Eyes
with Timber is the first…look for a couple more in Wave 3 which
will be annouced at JoeCon.
GIJCC Question 4:When will we see changes to the 25th Anniversary figures so they can
actually "sit" in vehicles? Hasbro Answers: We are working
on this right now and hope to see results in early 2008.
GIJCC Question 5:If the Wal-Mart exclusive 12-inch Adventure Team figures are successful,
would you consider releasing Mike Power (Atomic Man) and Bullet Man? Hasbro Answers: Anything is possible,
but nothing is planned right now.
